1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 477bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the 477bdt platform — whether through the website at https://477bdt.app or through the 477bdt mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 477bdt. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 477bdt recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 477bdt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 477bdt. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. • Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

477bdt reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been registered with false information, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these Terms in any way.

4 Deposits and Payments

477bdt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered 477bdt account holder — are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on your account tier and verification status. 477bdt does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 477bdt are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. 477bdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Closure

477bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, 477bdt will notify you by email or in-app message and will aim to complete the investigation within 14 business days. During this period, you will not be able to access your account or request withdrawals.

• If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.
• If a breach is confirmed, 477bdt may permanently close the account and forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms.
• Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 477bdt support.
• Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

10 Responsible Gaming
